這個房型平時預訂的可能不多，所以茶葉包撕開了一個也沒有發現，看得齣電視遙控器用的也不多。早餐要早點去，去晚了可以聽見戴着…的服務員用力的收拾餐具。床墊其實很不舒服。但是，有一説一，房間那是相當的大。

很大的一家酒店，服務枱在21樓，9到20層為客房，在下面有餐廳、健身房等功能區域，房間不錯，當然都體現在價格上了。

酒店就在西寧火車站馬路對面，交通比較便利。但是裝修比較老舊，因旁邊修路停車有點不太便利，大廳在中間樓層，挺氣派的，早餐和酒店的檔次不太匹配。

房間裏壞的設備很多，浴缸漏水的，浴室的水可以漏到廁所，空調基本沒用，應該不會再住第二次，唯一就是服務員很熱情，態度很好

酒店夜間招牌燈光“開元大飯廣”，看了覺得搞笑，同時也猜到各項服務咋樣了，連自己的招牌都不在意，其他服務可想而知，昨晚晚上10：30多到的酒店，11：30才辦上入住，期間一個小導遊團把前台搞得烏煙瘴氣，導遊隨意插隊，工作人員視而不見，客人生氣他們很無所謂，尤其一個瘦瘦的服務員，戴眼鏡女的，嘴張得不大，喉嚨吭哧不出聲來，冷漠，懶洋洋的樣子，工作效率極差，一個房間平均要辦理至少15-20分鐘，讓每個人都很惱火，拿到房間後，房間老舊，用品極差，浴巾，毛巾都起毛了，酒店的房門可以看圖片，大大的縫隙，很不安全，浴室淋浴頭是壞的，無法調整和掛靠，這邊淋浴，那邊的衞生間漏過去一地水，半夜12半左右電話響了，騷擾客人，開元的品牌就是這樣嗎，因為晚上11：30多了，沒辦法才住的，普通的招待所也不至於此吧！所以必須投訴你們！驚醒遊客甚至選擇吧！本想着離火車站近一些，沒想到近500元每晚竟是如此噁心，還不如附近的快捷酒店，我會繼續投訴的，希望能幫助到其他朋友勿踩坑！
