酒店很氣派，周邊環境也不錯，有個公園，西青街步行15分鐘左右即到，房間寬敞乾淨，乾濕分離，酒店不論前台、餐廳服務員還是打掃阿姨，態度都很好，服務周到，必須好評

每次去玉環，都是住在這裏。原來也住過別的酒店，但感覺各個方面都不如這個酒店方便。就固定在了這裏。
客房衞生做的比較到位，可以放心居住。
總枱的林小姐，待人主動熱情，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。在客房遺忘了物品，林小姐也會積極聯繫，協助郵寄。
早餐品種不多，但少而精。特別喜歡這個咖啡，有的酒店是速溶的，而它卻是現磨的，對於咖啡奴來説，很不錯。
