酒店非常不錯，前台張娜辦理入佳時效率超高，特別親切，主動詢問我們的需求，還細心介紹了酒店的設施和周邊便利，附近的便利店怎麼走，連晚上安靜區域在哪邊，這種細節都提醒到了，瞬問讓人感覺很貼心。
中途有次想借個充電器，前台很快就幫忙找來了適配的型號，還特意叮囑“用完放前台就行，不着急”。退房時也是秒速辦理，主動問有沒有落下東西，最後笑着説“歡迎下次再來”，全程態度熱情又專業，完全沒有
