房間衛生整潔程度：優淋浴是乾濕分離。熱水量大夠熱。
房間安靜程度；：優。幾乎沒聽到隔壁和走廊的聲音。
地理位置：優。步行到車站，菜市場非常近。
停車位只有地下室大約5-6個，另一邊7-8個可能是其他大樓的。抵達當天下午不讓停門口。但晚上有看到其他外車。
早餐不優，菜少，但品質尚可。地瓜球、魯肉飯不錯。
用餐在12f，視野遼闊。
大廳櫃檯後方有簡單的咖啡和數種餅乾，可惜沒有可樂和冰淇淋。

入住大堂搭電梯上去一開電梯門， 我是去了**嗎？ 很暗。。 房間沒有冷氣似的，廁所沒有抽氣，有強烈嘅溝渠味， 我整晚關厠所門睡覺， 今天早上起來一進廁所，我差點暈倒， 要開窗軀走臭味。。
