第一次入住空調不行，其他方面都是很好的，反饋後酒店經理態度很誠懇，立馬聯繫邀請回住再體驗一下，正好在附近辦事就回來了。幫忙升級了房型，這次安排的房間非常好，衞生乾淨整潔，設施齊全，房間還有智能小度。服務周到熱情，贈送了咖啡，房間還有晚安飲品，迷你吧，退房還贈送了水果、點心，實在是太貼心了。真正體驗到了賓至如歸，以後都會選擇。

福州回上海，途經温州，選擇了這家酒店。實際酒店配套設施很一般。首先，入住的時候衹給了一張房卡，且房間需要插卡取電，十分不便。進房間一股味道，也未提前開啟空調，還是比較悶的。我看了下酒店是2023年開業的，但目前房間內味道還是蠻重的。房間內配套設施比較簡單。入住小餐食中的兩杯無名茶水，無任何遮蓋就這樣赤裸裸地由工作人員小推車送進來的。因提前備註了需要矮枕頭，前台告知衹有蕎麥枕可以提供，後再替換枕頭的時候發現，布草也不是本酒店品牌。洗澡的時候，水壓不足，浴室門密封條脱落。emm，和前幾晚在福州的入住感受完全不一樣。
