酒店內的設施還是很新的，地下車庫每隔一段距離就會有引導人員，停車超方便，工作人員見面就會打招呼，看到停着就會詢問有什麼需要幫助，情緒價值給足。負一有小朋友可以玩的小童樂園，樂園裡麪的工作人員看顧的時候很負責，每個點都有人看着，會提醒孩子們不做危險的事情，就是單獨玩也很安心。我們定的湖景房，出去就是超棒的湖景，下午躺着看外面就很愜意。

帶家人到千島湖玩耍，網上對比了下酒店 看下來明豪人氣高，設施也新，到了果然不失所望，管家雯雯非常熱情，很多細節上都照顧得很到位，體驗感非常好 點贊點贊

對於這個酒店的服務我真的覺得相當好，不管你走到哪，衹要你需要幫忙，不管是保安，打掃的阿姨，還是前台的服務圓，態度都極其好，主動幫忙。唯一不足的就是早飯不是很好吃。108的湖景房相當不錯。

總的來説，這次住酒店感受很不錯，就是時間緊張了一點，室內泳池和滑梯都沒去，去了水上項目和小童遊樂園，特別超值，小童樂園挺乾淨的，也很大，水上項目雖然收費，但是團購相當划算，工作人員也很熱情，我們這次的管家小米也很負責，及時通知我們房間可以入住以及給物料補充，還貼心的給兩個寶貝準備了伴手禮，兩份一模一樣，太會了

這次入住的是loft 房間的位置離室外泳池特別近特別方便 但是離室內泳池就會稍微遠一點 有利有弊自己可以根據自己的需求選擇 每個房間都有個小陽台 曬曬濕的衣服很方便 入住酒店會讓添加一位管家 我的管家是雯雯 雯雯實在太給力了 響應及時有求必應 你在酒店所有的疑問雯雯都能幫你回答 真的很細緻熱情 幫我我解決了不少事情
