Introduction
Some information may have been translated by Google Translate

Komodo Island, located in the Lesser Sunda Islands region of East Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia, is famous for its unique ecosystem and rich marine life.

Unique Creatures and Landscapes:Komodo has a wide variety of marine life, ranging from sunfish, manta rays, and dolphins to pygmy seahorses, razorfish, and blue-ringed octopuses. Divers also have the opportunity to encounter the Komodo dragon's marine cousin, the Komodo dragon. In addition, the coral reefs near Komodo Island are well preserved and are one of the few coral reefs in the world that have not been damaged by human activities. These coral reefs are brightly colored and varied in shape, providing divers with an underwater landscape that looks like a fairy tale world.

Exceptional visibility:The waters of Komodo Island are crystal clear, with visibility up to 15-30 meters, and some dive sites can even achieve higher visibility, which allows divers to clearly see every corner of the seabed and capture those fleeting underwater wonders.

Comfortable Air and Water Temperatures:Komodo Island has a mild and pleasant climate, with water temperatures ranging from 22-29 degrees Celsius and air temperatures ranging from 28-32 degrees Celsius. These climatic conditions allow divers to remain comfortable while underwater without having to worry about getting cold or overheating. The best diving season is from April to November, when the water temperature is just right and marine life is most active.

Advanced Difficulty:Diving in Komodo is more difficult and suitable for experienced divers. It is recommended for divers with more than 50 dives.

I declare that Komodo is truly the ceiling of the Southeast Asian archipelago, and 'Human Saedar' is indeed well-deserved

🇮🇩 Lombok-Komodo 4 days and 3 nights whale shark liveaboard, just got off the boat today, fresh memories! Feel free to ask questions in the comments if you have any There are liveaboards in Komodo with scuba diving and others with snorkeling tours, the latter having three categories: Lombok-Komodo, Komodo-Lombok, and Komodo-Komodo. Among them, ⚠️only the Lombok-Komodo 4 days and 3 nights option I chose includes a whale shark itinerary!!! I know of at least 3 liveaboard companies, wanua, travelwise, komodo luxury cruise. The first two have basic boat types, with dormitory beds around 3000k, and the third one is a bit more luxurious, with dormitory beds at 5500k. The itinerary is exactly the same, only the departure dates differ. I took the wanua company that departs on Monday The itinerary is as follows, with a rough timeline: Day1 Hotel pick up, check in at 10 am, take a minibus for three hours to the pier. Take a boat for over an hour to a small island opposite to watch the sunset. Day2 Arrive at the whale shark spot at 5 am, chase whale sharks, it's too deep to dare to take a phone to take pictures, I stole a picture from Google, reality is far more shocking. Sailing all day and night, the boat will stop for half an hour in the middle, for diving and swimming This day is a bit tough, you must take seasickness medicine, I played cards with everyone in the afternoon then took medicine and went to sleep, woke up for dinner and then continued to sleep, there was hardly any signal all day. Day3 Woke up at 6 am to find that we had already arrived at Komodo Today is the most activity-packed day, checked off Komodo's three most famous spots, and each spot had ample time, more relaxed than the day trips departing from Komodo. 2 hours on Komodo Island looking for Komodo dragons, 3 hours at Pink Beach, and sunset at Padar Island at 4 pm. Almost no other tourists at all three spots. Day4 First snorkeling in the morning at a spot (if you have some diving experience, you will find it quite ordinary), then go to Kelor Island for 3 hours, you can hike or snorkel to see baby sharks. Return to the boat for lunch and then head to the pier to end the trip. Finally, of course, let's talk about the minefields: 1⃣️Unless there's a surprise, you will be the only Asian tourist on the boat, and it's unlikely anyone will speak Chinese 2⃣️The food is even worse than I imagined, even 4 days of lunch and dinner had the same two vegetarian dishes, please be sure to bring instant noodles on board 3⃣️Sleeping in the dormitory not only means dealing with other people's snoring but also a faint smell of engine oil, and the vibration of the entire deck, as the boat sails throughout the night (but I slept super well, always the first to sleep, the white people were so envious of me) 4⃣️This route does not include sunset bats, Manta snorkeling spots, Crescent Bay, etc. You can consider staying in Komodo for an extra day to join a local half-day tour.

Komodo Island, East Nusa Tenggara

#wecreate Komodo island, the most famous destination of East Nusa Tenggara. There are 3 different trails you can take with a guide - a short, a medium and a long. They will push you to take the medium (around 2.5K) because the guides don't want to walk around 8K. Very annoying, but we accepted the medium length. The guides (we had 2 for 8 people) tell you some interesting facts, but you will not see any dragon during the trail - the guides don't even bother looking around, they know there aren't dragons there. The total population is around 1.500 dragons and the island is massive. The landscape is nice though, Your best chance to see Komodo dragons is actually the beach where you'll disembark. We saw 4 adult ones there, and three juvenile. #beachlife #mytripvlog#urbanexplorer#tripblazers#awesomepic#summervacation#nationalpark#wonderfulindonesia

Food Kos – A Delicious Welcome to Labuan Bajo 🍽️✨

#celebrateit #Flores #labuanbajo To celebrate our safe landing in Labuan Bajo, we went out in search of a comforting meal—and Food Kos did not disappoint! With a solid 4.5-star rating on Google, we figured it had to be good, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. We kept it simple with chicken and nasi goreng , and honestly, sometimes that’s all you need. The fried rice was flavorful, not too greasy, and had just the right balance of seasoning. The chicken? Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with taste. Everything was served hot and fresh, which always makes a difference. What makes Food Kos stand out is how affordable and satisfying it is.l - only 35.000 p.p If you’re in Labuan Bajo and looking for a reliable, tasty meal that won’t break the bank, Food Kos is a solid choice. Simple, delicious, and exactly what you need after a long day of travel. 🍛🔥

Komodo Island: A Wild Paradise of Dragons and Untouched Beauty

Hidden in the heart of Indonesia’s Lesser Sunda Islands, Komodo Island is a place where adventure meets raw, untamed nature. Famous for being home to the legendary Komodo dragons, this UNESCO World Heritage Site offers visitors a rare chance to witness the world’s largest lizards in their natural habitat while enjoying some of the most breathtaking landscapes Indonesia has to offer. Land of the Dragons The Komodo dragon, the island’s most famous resident, is an awe-inspiring creature that can grow up to 3 meters (10 feet) long and weigh over 70 kg (150 lbs). These prehistoric-looking reptiles are powerful hunters with a venomous bite, making them one of the most fascinating apex predators on the planet. Guided tours through Komodo National Park allow visitors to see these creatures up close, but always at a safe distance! Beyond the Dragons: Stunning Natural Beauty Komodo Island isn’t just about dragons—it’s a paradise for hikers, divers, and nature lovers. The island is covered in rugged hills, savannahs, and pristine beaches, offering stunning panoramic views. A hike up Padar Island, located nearby, rewards visitors with one of Indonesia’s most famous scenic viewpoints, where turquoise waters contrast against pink and white sandy beaches. Diving into Crystal-Clear Waters The waters around Komodo Island are teeming with vibrant marine life, making it one of the best diving and snorkeling destinations in the world. Here, you can swim alongside manta rays, sea turtles, reef sharks, and hundreds of colorful fish in spots like Manta Point and Batu Bolong. The Famous Pink Beach One of the island’s hidden gems is Pink Beach, where the sand has a stunning rosy hue due to tiny fragments of red coral mixed with white sand. It’s one of only a few pink beaches in the world, making it a must-see for beach lovers. A True Adventure Destination From encountering dragons to hiking dramatic landscapes and diving into vibrant underwater worlds, Komodo Island is an unforgettable adventure.
