Introduction Sunsets in San Francisco

Introduction
Some information may have been translated by Google Translate
San Francisco is located on the Pacific coastline of California and has a spectacular coastline landscape. As the sun slowly sets into the Pacific Ocean, the entire city is shrouded in beautiful orange and red light, creating a tranquil and romantic atmosphere. As the landmark of San Francisco, the Golden Gate Bridge is even more majestic at this time. Its silver cables and bridge body shine brightly under the setting sun, and together with the sparkling sea in the distance, it weaves a breathtaking picture. Walking in the streets and alleys of San Francisco, whether standing at Fisherman's Wharf and looking into the distance, or strolling on the trails of Golden Gate Park, you can feel this gift from nature. As the sun gradually sinks into the horizon, the color of the sky is constantly changing, from orange-red to violet, and then to deep blue. Each color is so pure and deep that it seems to wash away the dust in people's hearts.

3 days in San Francisco: Day 1

Recently spent 3 days in SF and have been here many times growing up, so decided to share what I personally think are the “must visits” as a tourist in the Bay to make your trip worth it! 1. Ferry Building ⛴️ Let’s start here! There are usually flea/farmers markets on the outside! Great for getting gifts or the usual San Francisco t-shirts. There used to be wayyyy more shops inside :( but theres like a store selling local art/creations, good if you love to support the local art scene! There’s also blue bottle coffee within the building for all you coffee lovers to sip on that hot latte and enjoy the breeze while watching the ferry boats ☕️🫶🏼 2. Pier 39 / Fisherman’s Warf 🦭 After visiting the ferry building and taking photos of it’s beautiful scenery of the sea outside, you can walk down the piers from ferry boat building or take the Muni bus (8-12min ride) to Pier 39 / Fisherman’s Warf! Here you can see the sea lions sun bathing & Alcatraz prison (the inspiration for Azkaban in HP) 🧙🏼 You can then walk down even more to just enjoy the scenery and breeze, go to the mini shops and carousel, or have a bowl of clam chowder! My favourite is Boudin’s clam chowder in sourdough bread bowl 🫶🏼 3. SF Cable Car Ride 🚠 A few more piers down til the end (about Pier 45) you can walk to the cable car terminal and ride it along SF! It stops at places like Chinatown or other touristy spots as well! You can also drop at the very last stop for some shopping at Union Square.. If the shops are even still open (they close at like 6) 🤭 That’s all for a chill day in the Bay, stay tuned for 2 and 3! #sanfranisco #pier39 #whattodo

San Francisco|SFMOMA Modern Art Museum

|SFMOMA Modern Art Museum. 🔷Ticket purchase 🤍Ctrip booking, it's not too late to book on the day, you will receive a PDF email after the ticket is successfully booked, and you can enter the museum by scanning the code 🤍Buy tickets on site, buy tickets at the entrance of the museum 🎫Ticket type 🤍General Admission (GA) ticket 🤍Special exhibition The Visitor+ ticket GA 🤍Free 2nd Floor (whether you book or not, the staff on the 2nd floor only asked if you booked a ticket, there is no requirement to scan the code, after all, it's free haha), ticket prices are divided by age (see the picture), members and under 18 are free 🤍Free on the first Thursday of each month 🔷Opening hours 🤍Open from 13-20 on Thursdays, 10-17 from Friday to Tuesday. 🤍Closed on Wednesday. 🤍p.s. Before May 29, 2023, the second floor exhibition is free 🔷After entering the museum, go straight to the 7th floor - the exhibition about the polar, glacier and climate 'Erratic' 'Erratic' is a huge stone that is drifted far away by melting glaciers. Charriere drills the rock core in the way of drilling ice cores. Each drilling makes the huge stone lighter and more fragile - a metaphor for the current environmental crisis. Only when people squat down can they see the hollow and fragile of the huge stone. The polar ice core seals the climate history and geological history, and the stone cores arranged on the ground like rollers hint at an ancient way of transporting heavy objects. Charriere seems to be linking the process of human and earth interaction with the similarity of forms. In front of the flashback background of the night glacier snowstorm, watching the form of water, being dominated by the sound hanging above the head, moving repeatedly, feeling different sound effects at different standing points, as if walking through ice caves, glaciers, ice waterfalls, oceans, snowstorms, imagining the power of ten thousand jun in the crazy snowflakes. (Later, I saw a sentence in the sightline photography exhibition on the second floor 'Wherewe stand directly impacts what we see', not only what we see, everything we hear and perceive is related to the subject's position, space and senses are inevitably related) 🔷There is a soundscape exhibition 'Ongoing' on the 7th floor balcony. The music chanting in the horn is constantly reshaped by the light, architecture, and city sound of San Francisco. Seagulls seem to like listening to music, sitting steadily under the sound, and there is a lonely seagull squatting round and round between the glass skyscrapers - hiding outside the sea, and the Blue Sail downstairs responds from afar - the wind is sailing on the blue scarf.

Palembang, also known as Balinebang, is a charming Southeast Asian city on the island of Sumatra.

When traveling to 🇲🇨Indonesia, most people visit Java·Indonesia. However, Sumatra·Indonesia and Borneo (Kalimantan)·Indonesia offer a more unique experience. Palembang, in particular, is less frequented by tourists. I had the opportunity to visit for work and discovered its connection to China, dating back to the voyages of Zheng He. 🇲🇨Kraton and Ampera Bridge: A Play of Light and Shadow My first stop was Kemaro Island Pagoda. I recommend arriving at 8 a.m. to avoid the harsh sun and capture the vibrant colors of this red, gold, and green pagoda, which blends Chinese and Indian Buddhist architectural styles. Inside, you can climb the steep steps to the top for a panoramic view of the city, the courtyard, and the Musi River. In the afternoon, I visited the Ampera Bridge, a red steel landmark that was once Indonesia's only lift bridge. At dusk, the bridge's reflection on the river creates a cinematic scene, reminiscent of the 🌉Golden Gate Bridge in documentaries. However, up close, the differences in size and structure are apparent. 🍲Food Recommendation: I recommend trying the Palembang fish cakes at the riverside night market, Pempek Vico. Pair them with the sweet and spicy sauce for a taste of 600 years of Minnan flavor. 🇲🇨Chinese Temples and Southeast Asian Legends Take a boat to Kemaro Island in the Musi River and visit the Hok Tjing Rio Temple. Listen to the boatman recount the poignant love story of Chinese merchant Chen Wen An and the Srivijayan princess. The Srivijaya kingdom has a rich history, as evidenced by the Al Mutaqin Mosque. The temple's upturned eaves and dragon carvings, combined with Indonesian coconut wood structures, create a unique aesthetic. In the afternoon, return to the city to visit the Cheng Ho Mosque. The Chinese-style gatehouse and octagonal pavilion with a large drum evoke the maritime history of the Ming Dynasty. Don't miss the portrait of Zheng He in the temple's scripture room. 📝Tips: 🚕Transportation: Use Grab or hire a car for a day trip (approximately IDR 900,000). ❇️Experiences: Get a fortune poem at Shuiyue Palace (interpretations available in Chinese and Indonesian). Take a night cruise on the Musi River to see the fishing lights. Book a tour with dinner on Trip.com. ❤Souvenirs: Batik cloth around Kemaro Island Pagoda and wooden statues on Kemaro Island are good choices. If you're unsure, visit Carrefour. 🔱Explore the world's most beautiful destinations🔱

Fisherman Wharf in San Francisco

Getting There - by car or bus Attractions - sea lions, food etc Hotels - various Food & Restaurants - various Shopping - souvenirs When I went to San Francisco, one of the places I wanted to check out was Fisherman Wharfs. whilst it is a touristy place with lot of shops including Hard Rock Cafe, it does have its famous attraction which is the Sea Lions at Pier 38. You will get to see, smell (haha) and hear the sea lions when you reach Pier 38. They are really loud and everyone is trying to get a shot of them from the ground to climbing up the viewing platforms. It is a interesting experience to take home and there are also a lot of interesting shops to buy your souvenirs. I even saw a dog pet shop called Bow Wow which sell all dogs related merchandise. #unforgettableexperiences #scenicspotguide #travelinspiration #urbanexplorer #sanfrancisco

Is San Francisco worth visiting?

Is San Francisco worth visiting?

"Every man should be allowed to love two cities, his own and San Francisco." As a tourist destination, I personally think that it's enough to pass by and play for 1-2 days. First of all, parking is more difficult compared to other cities in the United States, and it's hard to find parking spaces. The roads are not very spacious, and the hotels are expensive and small. The Golden Gate Bridge is a must-see spot here. I recommend a niche beach, which is almost uninhabited, can be enjoyed alone, and the Golden Gate Bridge is in full view.

San Francisco Bridge, a hidden gem

San Francisco Bridge, a hidden gem

Hey, guys! Imagine a magnificent bridge spanning the shimmering sea as the sun shines down. That's the San Francisco Bridge. Like a giant of steel, it stands tall, connecting the two ends of the city. Standing by the bridge, the sea breeze gently brushes your face, bringing a hint of coolness and making you feel particularly comfortable. Whether day or night, the San Francisco Bridge has a unique charm. During the day, it looks particularly spectacular against the blue sky and white clouds; at night, the lights come on, like a brilliant galaxy. This is truly a hidden gem, so come on, everyone! Come and feel the charm of the San Francisco Bridge. I'm sure you'll be moved by its beauty. It's definitely the best! 🎉

Corona Heights - San Francisco

#passionpassport With a canyon-like feel, the one-mile trail network that winds around the hill of Corona Heights Park will lead you up to a summit that provides 360-degree views of the San Francisco Bay Area. Dirt paths, staircases, and groves of trees (eucalyptus, cypress, and oak) add character to the trail, which also offers a challenging pathway that leads down to the 15th Street tennis courts, if you like. To the east, you’ll catch sight of Mission Dolores Park. Better views of the city are granted when you climb the two to three large rocks that you see. #passionpassport #beautifuldestinations #travelinspiration

Fisherman's Wharf is the hottest destination in San Francisco.

Fisherman's Wharf is the hottest destination in San Francisco.

Fisherman's Wharf, also known as Pier 39, is a waterfront marketplace full of festive atmosphere and one of the busiest tourist attractions in San Francisco, offering plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. From here, you can walk to the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, and the famous Crab Market (where travelers can buy delicious crabs and cocktail shrimp). Fisherman's Wharf used to be a docking pier for Italian fishermen, but now it is the most popular destination in San Francisco, bustling all year round. Travelers from all over the world come here to enjoy a fresh and delicious seafood feast, and there is also the nearby Marine Park Museum. The symbol of Fisherman's Wharf is a circular billboard with a large crab on it, located at the intersection of Jefferson Street and Taylor Street.

A Bridge that captures the essence of San Fransisco

This certainly was the case before San Fransisco turned into what it is now. Anywho, the Bridge is an absolute must if you're somehow still considering visiting San Fransisco. The visitor center is packed with such interested information about the engineering and coming of this bridge. It makes for a glorious picture spot during the sunrise and sunset hours. Also, great skyline view of the san Fransisco city from here. No matter how you come, there is something for everyone here. #historicallandmarks #cherryblossom2024 #mytravelhacks #localguides #familytrip #instatravel #girlstrip
