We had such a great time in Lisbon! 2 days wasn’t enough to do/see everything the city has to offer. We purchased the Lisboa card which made it very affordable to see all the palaces and attractions we wanted to at a cost less than paying for each one. We stayed at the FLH Lisboa hotel which was located right next to the Elevador de Santa Justa and had a view of it our window. Would love to visit again for longer! #Lisbon #portugal

The place I liked the most out of all the places I visited with the Lisboa Card was the Ajuda Palace. You can see many of the luxurious palace rooms. There were not many people, so I was able to look around at my own pace, which was great. There are many gorgeous rooms, and it's fun to look at them while imagining how the royal family lived here at that time. Today, the Ajuda Palace is open to the public as a museum, attracting tourists from all over the world to visit and explore its long history and magnificent architecture. My visit to the Ajuda Palace can be described as a deep journey full of history. The architectural style of the palace itself is very elegant, a mixture of neoclassicism and the Empire style popular at the time. Both the interior decoration and the exterior facade show the royal luxury of Portugal. The exterior design of the palace is magnificent, and the symmetrical design on both sides of the main entrance reveals a strong symmetrical aesthetic, which is impressive. Especially the palace's dome and towering towers, which make the entire building appear more authoritative and solemn. Entering the palace, I felt the luxury of the Portuguese royal family and the weight of history. The decorations inside the Ajuda Palace reveal the taste and status of the royal family at that time. There are many palace rooms in the palace, and the design of each room is very unique and full of artistic atmosphere. For example, the main hall of the palace is richly decorated with exquisite golden carvings, beautiful murals and ancient carpets, and every detail reflects the royal majesty of the time.
