Kabocha Sushi is a restaurant that we really like because they use quality ingredients. The raw fish is very fresh and the taste is delicious. Our regular menu is the mixed raw fish salad. The salad here is served in a very large portion. The raw fish in the salad is cut into thick pieces. The soy sauce salad dressing is also delicious and refreshing.
