#celebratewithtrip Maison de BaN, another Vietnamese Restaurant in Bockenheim located at Am Weingarten 14 Frankfurt am Main. It is more of a laid back style restaurant. Maison de BaN has a very tasty Vietnamese sandwiches that you can choose from chicken, pork, beef, vegetarian and vegan fillings. Aside from sandwich which is their specialty, the restaurant also offer various Vietnamese food like, the Pho which is a very popular dish in Vietnam. #CelebrateWithTrip The cover picture of this post is more than a 100 years old bridge that was once part of the Castle (Schloß) in Schloßstraße (castle street). Bockenheim has a lot of parks around the area, one of them is Bernus Park has been there in Bockenheim for more than centuries! Included in this post is the history of Bernus Park. The park belonged to the castle‘s garden before. The castle was destroyed during the WW2 bombing but fortunately, we could still see the old bridge that was part of the garden! Bernus park is accessible from all the public transportations and just few steps away from Frankfurt West Station. Many people come here on their leisure time especially family with children due to its big playground that caters from small to bigger children, even adults can enjoy the park to play table tennis. Aside from that, people visit the park to relax during break time or lunch time since the park is near offices and other establishments. #bernuspark #bockenheim #frankfurt #hessen #germany

Accessible by Tram 16 from Hauptbanhhof to Adalbert/Schloßstrasse or by SBahn (fast train) S3,S4,S5 &S 6 to Frankfurt West. A Vietnamese Restaurant that offers good soup and other Vietnamese specialties. They have lunch menu available from 12nn to 3pm. Dinner is open from 6pm to 10pm. #celebratewithtrip Statt Cafe is already an Institution in and has been in Frankfurt Bockenheim for more than 40 years! It is located at Grempstrasse 21 in Frankfurt am Main. Can be reached by U6 and U7 station Leipziger Strasse but it is nearer station Kirchplatz. During the 80s students from the University came here for breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. Until now the customers still flock in the cafe and I am one of their avid customers 🥰 Stattcafé offers breakfast from early morning til late evening that is what I really like in this café. All their cakes were homemade and the price of their servings are fairly affordable. The owners are friendly as well as the staff and the cook! #celebratewithtrip Stattcafé is my favourite cafe in Frankfurt which is located at Grempstrasse 21 in Bockenheim and it is accessible by underground train U6 and U7 station Kirchplatz from the city center (Hauptwache), by tram 16 and U4 station Bockenheimer Warte from the central train station. Since it is very near the city center, you can also walk to get to Stattcafé. You can also make a reservation on this number 069 708907. The place is cozy. The food and drinks are affordable. They also offer seasonal menus that the chef makes with a lot of proper considerations and preparations! Everytime I am at Stattcafé, I feel like having my coffee and cake at home! The cake are all homemade and the servings are massive! Stattcafé‘s owners as well as the staff are very friendly and accommodating 🥰
