It would be too difficult to rush around and see them all in one day. The travel agency specially arranged for us to stay in Jaipur for two nights so that we could enjoy the tour in detail. 1. Amer Fort 🕰️Business hours: 0900-1700 💰Ticket price: 200 rupees for foreigners 💞Recommendation reason: Amber Fort, located on the hill, was once the old city of Jaipur. It is composed of many independent palaces, a mixture of Islamic and Hindu styles, and is quite magnificent. There are many walls in the building decorated with gems and mirrors. The most famous one is the "Mirror Palace". When the sunlight shines on the lenses and gems and causes reflections, the whole castle will sparkle! 2. Jal Mahal 🕰️Opening hours: all day 💰Ticket price: Free 💞Recommendation reason: The building isolated in the artificial lake was originally used as the king's hunting lodge. Later, the water level continued to rise, submerging the lower four floors of the hunting lodge, making it look as if it was floating on the lake. However, the Water Palace is currently in a semi-ruin state and requires a boat to reach it. We just took some photos on the other side, so it was free. 3. Hawa Mahal 🕰️Business hours: 0900-1630 💰Ticket price: 50 rupees for foreigners 💞Recommendation reason: Jaipur’s most representative attractions, and the beautiful check-in photos on Instagram of Internet celebrities! The exterior of the Palace of Winds looks like an exquisite honeycomb and is made up of 395 windows. If you’re heading to #jaipur then you have to stop by the forts there! The Nahargargh, Jaigargh and Amber Fort are all nearby each other and should definitely be visited. (This post is about Jaigargh only, please look at the other posts for the other two forts). How to get there? You can book an ola or uber for each ride but it would be more convenient to rent out a cab for 8 hours for about 2000rs. Doing such, you have enough time to get to all three forts and take enough pictures.

I came to Amber Fort in Jaipur. 20 minutes by taxi from the center of town. A large castle stands along the side of the hill, and I was amazed at its grandeur.
