We started our morning at a seaside café in Hvar Town ☕🌊, sipping rich Croatian coffee while boats gently swayed in the harbor. The air smelled like lavender and salt, and the sunlight hit the stone buildings in the softest gold. After breakfast, we climbed up to Fortica Španjola 🏰, the 16th-century fortress perched above town. The view was unreal — red-tiled roofs below us, the Pakleni islands scattered like emeralds across the Adriatic. It was peaceful that early, with just the breeze and a few sleepy seagulls.
