Walk it, bike it, or hop on that cute little sightseeing train and just vibe through the sakura wonderland. The whole park has this cozy festival feel in spring. There are food stalls, boats on the river, and petals floating everywhere like you're in a soft-focus dream sequence. It’s big, but not overwhelming. Plenty of spots to chill under the trees with friends or just lie back and do absolutely nothing. If you hit it during peak bloom, it’s full-on magic. Even if you don’t, the mix of trees, river, and mountains in the background still gives big main character moment energy. This is one of those places where spring just hits different. 100% worth the trip.

Iseshi, nice quiet city filled with old historic buildings , breathtaking shrines to visit and bond with nature. It's famous for their Udon and Akafuku, and because this city is situated close to the ocean it is also filled with all sorts of fresh seafood, defiantly worth trying out!

I was fortunate to chase cherry blossoms in Tohoku, Japan this year, and the place that made the most profound impression on me was Kitakami Tenshochi, which I visited twice.
