I recently visited Luoyuan in Fuzhou and stayed at an amazing hotel, the Fuzhou Luoyuan SIJ Garden Hotel, a new establishment by SIJ Business Management Group. On the day I checked in, I happened to catch a small cultural event being held at the hotel. The staff invited me to participate, and the atmosphere was wonderful. Waterfalls are best visited after the Qingming Festival, when they are more spectacular. However, the advantage of visiting in the dry season is that there are fewer people.
