Puncak Tanawan, Negros Oriental A day trip to the mountains for a cup of native coffee or a freshly picked mint tea? It sounds a little bit crazy. Well, the coffee is just a plus, but the view is the main event. Just a few minute trip by motorcyle or a 2 to 3 hr hike, you'll arrive at Puncak Tanawan experience this view. The place was so serene, I suggest to go there on weekdays to avoid sharing the video with so many people. There's no cottage in the area but there's an eatery there. The road's quite rough as it's not concrete. This is just an abandoned building with graffiti all over. However, this is the place if you want to dive the clear waters atop a cliff. Be sure lang to check the tide chart and be there where the tide is the highest. Manjuyod is named as the Maldives in the Philippines for its magestic blue water and long white sandbar. I am proud that I was able to come here. we experienced the Dolphin Watching, Mini Sand Bar, and Manjuyod Sand Bar (Maldives of the Ph) The distance between Dumaguete and Manjuyod is 45 km. The road distance is 59.6 km. This attraction is only available in the morning where dolphins could be seen swimming and jumping out of the water. If you will visit Bacolod City don’t forget also to dropby at the ruins is just a 4 to 5 kilometers from bacolod. Formally known as the Taj Mahal of the Philippines, the ruins is and ancestral mansion situated in Talisay, just outside of Bacolod City. The mansion was built in the early 1900’s by the wealthy sugar baron Don Mariano Ledesma Lacson in memory of his wife. Maria Braga Lacson died during the birth of her 11th child. The Ruins Bacolod are now open to the public as a tourist destination. The grounds surrounding The Ruins are beautifully decorated with lanes, gardens and arches making it a popular venue for weddings. Scenic attraction with a waterfall over red rocks, a natural swimming pool below & a hanging bridge. Pulangbato Falls is located in the Ocoy Valley in the town of Valencia Negros Oriental. It is aptly named so because of the waterfall's seemingly red river water which is caused by the presence of natural reddish rocks found in the area. Pulangbato Falls is located within a place locals call Red River Valley. It is 30-45 minutes of motorcycle ride from the town proper of Valencia and if you aren’t into trekking for a few good minutes then fret not as you don’t need to just to see this beguiling waterfall. From the registration point, you can already hear her waters calling you out singing to you like soulful sirens. After registration, all you have to do is walk for a good 15 steps and there she lies, a priceless luxury you can indulge in. Pulangbato falls speaks true to its name. She will enchant you in her crimson world. Her color may be resembling that of blood but she is as enticing as a red velvet. Her cool pristine waters running over red limestone rocks is one of the few things in this world one can call perfect. She is a tempest. Seductive. Irresistible. She will remind you of strong women.
