Their buns are soft white buns, which feels more like a pau, but what impressed me was their braised pork belly which was so so good and soft that it literally melts in the mouth. Eat the bun together with the braised pork and it's a matchmake in heaven. Pure delicious! One pork belly bun at Iwasaki Honpo is at 500 yen which was worth it as it's really yummy. The shop has a nice seating area to enjoy your snack. Other merchandises are also sold here. If you would like to buy more of their pork belly buns, you can even buy them in bulk I'm boxes.
