It takes about 40 minutes. The road is full of big bends, so be careful to prevent motion sickness. 4⃣️Dress code👚 The highest point of the scenic area is more than 3,000 meters above sea level, and it is really cold inside. If you go at this time of year, you must wear a down jacket and dress warmly. 5⃣️Travel guide🏃‍♀️ There are three main attractions in Wanglang: Gan Haizi, Baisha Valley, and Zhugencha Valley. Gan Haizi is the most beautiful attraction. Gan Haizi is at the drop-off point of the sightseeing bus, in the middle of the scenic area, not at the highest point, so don't get it wrong. Baisha Valley and Zhugencha Valley are at the highest point. Baisha Valley is the site of the 1976 earthquake landslide. I didn't go to Zhugencha Valley because of time constraints. The distance from Gan Haizi to Baisha Valley is about 3 km, along a forest path in the primeval forest, which requires hiking. You can take a sightseeing bus on the way back. 6⃣️Accommodation🏠 Wanglang is not far from Pingwu, so you can make a round trip in one day if you leave early in the morning. It is recommended to stay in Pingwu County, where the conditions are better. 7⃣️Food😋 The commercial facilities in the scenic area are not mature. There are no restaurants, only small shops selling instant noodles, drinks, and snacks. So it is necessary to bring some food with you. 8⃣️Tianmu Lake and Baxijia Ancient Village are on the way to Wanglang, so you can visit them on the way.
