Selayaknya hotel berbintang tiga, fasilitas dan pelayanan sudah memadai. Letaknya juga strategis yakni di jalan gajahmada. Mungkin hal yang harus diperbaiki adalah pengairan air di kamar mandinya tidak masuk akal. Ketika ada air di bagian bawah westafel, air hanya akan tergenang dan tidak bisa mengalir.
