It’s quite chilly at Preston today, went to woolworths with my summer outfit and I definitely can’t stay longer outside as the wind blow cold wind. This woolworth has mostly every basic that I need and it’s around 15minutes walk from the place that I stay. If you are in Preston next time, do check this Woolworths preston South store, their option were big and the service from staff was as per standard. Also, there are some other store like Asian’s restaurant nearby that you might interested to visit that have option like dumpling. A pharmacy nearby are available too.

First tried their croissant, which was generally normal, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, but nothing special, however it also met the expectations for a delicious croissant. Instead, the long-awaited signature custard danish donut collection was a bit disappointing. This series of desserts is overly greasy, especially the heavier oiliness, which is a bit burdensome after eating. The palate, while still fluffy, lacks the expected balance of refreshing and rich cream. Basically eat the finished hands are oil! Overall, Publique Bakery still has its uniqueness as a niche bakery, but if you come for the custard danish donuts, it may not fully meet your expectations.

I visited Preston Market in Victoria, Australia! Since it's a bit away from the city center, it has a homely atmosphere with many locals. The market is filled with fresh ingredients and delicious food, making it perfect for a food walk. But despite being slightly away from city central, it’s still convenient to travel to the city as the bell station is about 7 minutes away. Woolworth is also nearby, about 10-15 minutes walk and Preston Market is around 1km from the hotel. It is an enjoyable stay, I appreciate that it’s away from the crowd and noises.
