#myhiddengems Chance upon a romantic private dining experience at the KTM villa in Batam Indonesia 🇮🇩. Took a 40 mins book ride from Singapore to this island. It’s a short 3D2N retreat with spa and massage. We can also decor the room, so I decided to give my husband a surprise after the spa. And the set up was lovely and effort. The villa structures are built in harmony with the natural landscape, with minimal alteration to the original contour of the land. It’s not the modern type but very close to nature, so if you are looking for quiet and close to nature, it will be a good choice.

They would ask for your flavor profile (e.g. bitter or sour coffee) in order to best cater to your preferences and further elevate your coffee-drinking experience. Besides espresso and cappucino, I have also tried their iced long black or the iced americano. I like that they asked what I liked and gave me exactly what I wanted. Sometimes, I went early in the morning when it was pretty quite and the place felt even nicer. The Wi-Fi they provided was also decent. #batamtrip Great place for a short getaway. The location of the hotel is quite far from batam center and it will take a while during peak hours. Pool is big and there's a kid's pool too but pool toys like giant float and paddle boats have to be rented. The buffet breakfast has a fair local spread but service is a little lacking. during breakfast peak hours there weren't any staff to help get us a table. More guest were let in despite the place is full and limited to outdoor seating which is also smoking seating. We like the family rooms with a bunk bed for the kiddos. The room is clean and furnishings has been updated. Bathroom is clean and towels are fresh. They provide water dispenser with hot and cold water along the corridor. I like this sustainable option and it's easy for parents to top up the kids' water bottles. There isn't much options for shopping or massage or food within walking distance. For food you can get delivery and collect at the lobby.

Just a normal park with swings, teepees, bbq areas. Nice attraction for tourist, ticket price is affordable, there’s a lot of place to take a look. Colorful places like rainbows are great for photos and instagramable.

Good fusion breakfast! Cozy ambience with scrumptious breakfasts that are generously portioned and fairly priced. Perfect for brunch dates and conversations over coffee. The waffle fries are amazing, probably the best I’ve tasted so far. The pancakes are dense and dry but the clotted cream and blueberry foam were delightful! The salmon paratha is so so. Cold pressed juice was meh, felt like it was out of a bottle. The Colombian eggs were tasty! Hot chocolate was also good. #batamtrip #afternoonteatime

High quality barista coffees. Really friendly and helpful staff who obviously care about their product. The cafe is beautifully designed with a wide range of coffee beans and merchandise. There's cakes and nitro coffee as well. It doesn't seem to be very widely known and popular. The best part is that they also make Nespresso compatible pods that are fairly price competitive ( 10 pack or the 40 pack and whether it's the single origin or the blend).This is a good option for people who want better quality beans but they want to be chained down to the selection that Nespresso has.
