The Lunar New Year has just passed. Dana wishes everyone a healthy and prosperous Year of the Ox. Yesterday, the third day of the Lunar New Year finally had a holiday, so I went to have a brunch near my home to relax! There are actually many new restaurants and cafes in Wong Chuk Hang. Many are interested and want to try them. Today I tried this Bread and Bistro! This shop is quite interesting, it has All day breakfast and Pancake, other main dishes are mainly Japanese Fusion style, there are several dishes I actually want to eat, but this time ordered Okinawa specialty salmon avocado Taco rice, Classic Pancake with burger steak, and fruit tea try first! The most surprising thing about the whole meal must be his salmon avocado Taco rice, first he replaced the white rice with brown rice, which can lower his carbohydrates and feel healthier! Also the whole rice was refreshing in the mouth, the crisp vegetables with a little lemon juice plus the salad dressing was really strong appetizing, the salmon flavor was very rich, however if a little more avocado portion it should be even better, I personally quite recommend! His All day breakfast ingredients are very rich, salad dressing is not too greasy, salad vegetables are very fresh, scrambled eggs butter flavor is very rich but slightly no egg flavor, I personally recommend his burger steak, the entrance crust is super crispy, and the meat taste is very rich, a little like home-cooked pancakes. The kumquat aroma of the fruit tea was quite outstanding, but the tea base was more ordinary, but not lost.
