Castle from 1384

Tsuruga Castle is located in Aizu-Wakamatsu, Fukushima. This castle has been built since 1384. The red colored roof tiles are the signature of this castle. The castle can be conveniently reached from Aizu-Wakamatsu station. We went here as a part of our 5-day Tohoku trip. We purchased the JR East Tohoku Pass that cost us 20,000. I recommend visiting here during winter. The castle garden filled with fluffy snow is a must a see. #tripblazers #japantrip #tohoku
