A FLAVOR EXPLOSION IN SULTAN SALAI RESTAURANT, MELAKA

#favouriteitinerary On our way from Segamat to KL, we decided to stop by Sultan Salai in Simpang Ampat, Alor Gajah, Melaka, to try some authentic masak lomak. The restaurant was spacious with plenty of parking, and we couldn't wait to dig into the variety of food they had. Everything was presented beautifully, so neat and inviting. We wished we could try everything, but our tummy could only handle so much ! We settled on the smoked beef and tempoyak daun kayu, and that was more than enough. The food was full of flavor, spicy with the perfect kick, and absolutely delicious. We wiped our plates clean. It's a little on the expensive side, but it's definitely worth it !
