Looping Through the Magic

#summervacay If you’re ever in the mood for a scenic loop that feels like nature showing off, Vuelta de la Hoz is the trail. It’s near Calomarde and links up with parts of the Barranco de la Hoz, so yeah, you know it’s gonna be gorgeous. You’re walking through cliffs, alongside rivers, under hanging rocks, and across these little wooden bridges that make you feel like you’re in an epic quest (minus the danger). What’s awesome is that it’s not too tough, but it keeps you entertained the whole way. The views change constantly, one second you’re in a leafy forest, next you’re staring up at dramatic canyon walls. And the sound of the river just follows you the whole time. Pure chill. It’s a loop, so no boring backtracking, and you end up right where you started feeling like a low-key hiking legend. Bring snacks, wear good shoes, and charge your phone, cause you’ll wanna take a ton of pics. Teruel seriously knows how to do trails right.
