Philae Ruins (Temple of Isis) [Egypt]

Philae Temple is a Nubian ruin located near Aswan in southern Egypt. The central temple is the Temple of Isis, dedicated to the goddess Isis. Due to the construction of the Aswan Dam, it was half submerged, but in 1980, UNESCO decided to move it from Philae Island to Agilkia Island and preserve it after the construction of the Aswan High Dam upstream. Agilkia Island is now called Philae Island. It's a ruin that you should see together with the Abu Simbel Temple. It's also a World Heritage Site. To get there, you have to share a boat.
