A Michelin Food Guide - Polo Fried Chicken

Wanna go on a food hunt in Bangkok and do not want to waste your calories? Go for the many michelin star hawkers in Bangkok where one of which is the polo fried chicken situated at 137/1-3 Sanam Khli Alley, Lumphini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330, Thailand. This place has 2 outlets side by side, one air condition and the other is not. The non air condition restaurant is where all the chicken are fried freshly in the morning and its open as early as 7am and I do recommend to go early especially if you wanna find a parking spot around this area. The fried chicken is fried until the chicken is crispy yet the meat so tender and it is also sprinkled with fried garlic make it something unique. Don't forget to dip the chilli! Also, if you do want to try other stuff, I recommend to try the pork collar, the meat is so well seasoned and cook to perfection.
