It's a 19-piece course, 17 savory dishes and 2 desserts. The first menu is shaved ice. The chef lets you eat it to adjust the taste of the food first. It tastes sour and sweet with a fragrant orange scent.🍊Next, we opened the first course with Junsai To Tomato, pickled tomatoes with a well-rounded sour taste.
