The branch I went to is on Rama 6 Road, turn into Soi Setthasiri 2, there is parking in front of the shop for 1 car (but you can also park on the side of the road in the alley). The shop is decorated in light colors, beautiful and clean, divided into 2 seating areas. The front room is a counter bar that looks suitable for people who come to eat omakase. The inside is a normal table, suitable for families. Let's have a big meal like this. ➡️ Tuna Rice Ball 3 Armies Tuna or Honmaguro seems to be an ingredient that HOSHI is especially proud of. This menu is 12 pieces of tuna nigiri sushi, consisting of 4 pieces each of Otoro, Chutoro, and Akami. The rice is well-made, not too loose or too tight, lightly seasoned, and the proportion of fish and rice is just right. The otoro is soft and melts in your mouth. The chutoro in this dish is the part that is close to the akami, so it has quite little fat. There is a little bit of broken flesh. The akami is lean and has a clear natural flavor of the fish, but it doesn't smell fishy at all. It's very fresh. The texture of the batter was average. The shrimps were big and bouncy.
