#tripแจกลด 🏡Wat Nang Ratchaworawihan, a third-class royal temple, was built around the end of the Ayutthaya period. The builder is unknown. It has been abandoned for more than 200 years. 🏰The temple was established during 2367 - 2378 during the reign of King Rama III, who ascended the throne in 2367 and held a celebration of Wat Nang on December 2, 2380. 🏰And was established as a royal temple in 2460. Important points of interest in the temple include: 🏰The ordination hall is made of brick and mortar by royal craftsmen. Decorated beautifully and magnificently, Luang Pho Sukho, the principal Buddha image, is enshrined on a two-tiered glass base and a single-tiered Buddha base, similar to the Ubosot of Wat Phra Chetuphon, but smaller. 🏠 The chapel was built in the style of King Rama III. Inside, there are two rooms. The front room houses five Buddha images in the Mara-Vijaya posture, arranged in rows. 🏠 The back room houses a stone Buddha image covered in plaster and gilded in the Mara-Vijaya posture. There are three smaller Buddha images and one standing disciple on the right side. Originally, there should have been one on the left side, but it was damaged. There are also several Buddha images cast later. 🛕 The octagonal prang houses the relics of the Lord Buddha.
