#VisitMuseum 🏠 The Bangkokian Museum or the Bangkok Local Museum in Bang Rak District was established according to the objectives and intentions of the owner, Professor Waraporn Surawadee, who wanted to organize her house and assets, an inheritance from her mother, Mrs. Soang Surawadee (Tanboonlek), into a museum for the younger generation to study. 🍯 The exhibits are buildings and objects that tell stories about the living conditions of middle-class Bangkokians before and after World War II. Most of the utensils on display are actually used by the owner of the house. 🏡 Building 1 is where Professor Waraporn's family used to live in the past. It is a late hip roof style. 🩺 Building 2 was originally built in Thung Maha Mek, Ngam Du Pli Alley.
