Crispy cheese UFO Smashburger—if you haven’t tried it yet, you absolutely should! It’s incredibly delicious. Smizzle is the restaurant that introduced me to the Smashburger menu for the first time. I remember eating there when it was just a small shop at Bambini Villa about four years ago. Now, they’ve opened their fifth branch at EmQuartier. What makes this place special? Honestly, everything! From the crispy edges and juicy center of the smashed beef patty, the quality of the bread, the sauce, to the pickles—everything gets a thumbs up from me. The restaurant offers six burger recipes, but my personal favorite is the Crusty Blondy. It features crispy grilled cheese and comes in a regular size for 290 THB, with two layers of beef.
