Located in the Siam shopping district, the Bangkok Art and Culture Center (BACC) is a must-visit spot. Right below the center is the iconic Bangkok Skywalk photo spot, and on the 5th floor, you can directly snap pictures of MBK's giant screen without having to stand under the scorching sun waiting for the display to change—truly a delightful experience. The art and culture center is one of the cultural projects planned by the Bangkok city government. The interior design features a spiral corridor resembling the gears of time, exuding a surreal and magical vibe. As you step into the BACC, you'll find a spacious and minimalist space adorned with various artworks. The building's spiral corridor design creates a stunning visual effect of overlapping circles when you look up. The main exhibition area spans five floors, each with a distinct theme, all revolving around the concept of Mother Earth, Gaia. The exhibitions are incredibly diverse, including live performances by Russian artists leading group dances, German performance artists showcasing their craft, and a Seville artist singing live (her voice was so beautiful it moved me to tears). This venue is perfect for indoor exploration, escaping the heat, and photography. The center offers plenty of seating areas, allowing visitors to rest whenever they feel tired.
