Bang Bua Temple, Chatuchak

#GetDiscountsWithoutLuck #Worshiping #Chatuchak - Wat Bang Bua was built around 2380 by four Phraya-ranking officials: Phraya Si, Phraya Phetprani, Phraya Phukphakdi, and Phraya Ratcha Lak Mueang. The locals called it Wat Lat Nam Khem, and later changed its name to "Wat Bang Bua". After that, the temple was continuously renovated and developed. It received the royal charter for the last time on May 15, 1975. The charter area is 40 meters wide and 80 meters long. The boundary marker was tied on March 5, 1976. - The ordination hall is 14 meters wide and 40 meters long. It was built in 1976. It has a three-layered tiled roof, a gable, a raka leaf, and crown-shaped doors and windows decorated with patterns imitating Ayutthaya art. There are recessed pillars. There is a walkway around the ordination hall and a surrounding glass wall.
