If you're looking for a place to enjoy premium dim sum in Bangkok, look no further than Liu Restaurant on the third floor of Conrad Hotel on Wireless Road. There are fixed dishes and all you can eat baskets of typical steamed and fried dim sum. The dishes include salmon, pawn, crab, shell, pork, and duck meat in dim sum style. Moreover, egg tarts, sweet buns, and taro in milk with sago are served as desserts. Overall, the food was superb and the service was impeccable on the day of my visit. Prices can be vary on weekdays and weekends. I paid 888 baht for one person for a meal on Friday via Line Shopping. You can sit for 90 minutes.
