Wat Traimit Witthayaram Worawihan, Luang Pho Thongkham

Wat Traimit Witthayaram Worawihan, also known as Wat Sam Chin, is located on Charoen Krung Road, Talat Noi Subdistrict, Samphanthawong District. It is an ancient temple with no evidence of when it was built. In the past, it was called Wat Sam Chin because there is a story that three Chinese people helped build this temple. But another unique thing about the temple is the Phra Maha Mondop. This Phra Maha Mondop is where the Phra Phuttha Maha Suwanna Patimakorn or Luang Pho Thongkham is enshrined, which is very exquisite and also honors King Rama IX.
