Dongtang | One of Beijing's four major Catholic churches, dressed up for Christmas

If you take a stroll down Wangfujing Street in Beijing, you will definitely find a Catholic church hidden in the pedestrian street - Wangfujing Catholic Church. It was listed as the seventh batch of "National Treasures" in 2013. Wangfujing Catholic Church, formerly known as St. Joseph's Church, also known as Dongtang, was built in 1655 and has been rebuilt many times. Today, it still stands on the bustling street, with the words 1905 engraved above the round window of the main bell tower.
