Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and discover this charming French-inspired homestay nestled at the base of Huizhou's Luofu Mountain. Lush greenery, fruit trees, and a meandering stream create the ideal summer retreat. Upon arrival, the warm staff helped with our luggage—such a thoughtful touch! We stayed in a riverside terrace room with twin beds, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning green views. Opening the door revealed breathtaking scenery! The villa boasts a shallow pool, perfect for kids to splash around safely and happily. The expansive lawn overlooks distant Luofu Mountain, where children can play, kick a ball, or swing—full of childhood fun! Afternoon activities like cotton candy making and kids' art workshops kept the little ones entertained. Riverside camping was a highlight! The homestay is right next to a crystal-clear stream, with camping tables and chairs set up under a canopy. We enjoyed afternoon tea by the water, catching tiny fish and having water fights 🌊. The cool stream water sparkled with laughter! For dinner, we tried the homestay's free-range chicken hotpot—fresh, healthy, and absolutely delicious! The next morning, a hearty breakfast of local noodle soup, corn, eggs, sweet potatoes, and soy milk warmed us up for a great day ahead! 🎉 Evenings on the lawn were magical—outdoor karaoke under the stars, with the breeze carrying our songs.
