Wat Photharam, Bueng Kan Province.

Wat Photharam is located about 5 kilometers from the town of Bueng Kan. It is a temple with a sacred Buddha image that is considered a spiritual center for the people of Bueng Kan Province and nearby provinces, including those in the Lao PDR in this Mekong River basin. Upon entering the temple, you will find the ordination hall. Looking inside, you will see the large Buddha image enshrined within the hall. This large Buddha image is a beautiful example of the Maravijaya attitude. In addition, there is an ancient warship displayed within the temple, which attracts many people seeking good fortune.
