Sze Chuan Dishes at Fu Xiao Xian Bugis

#2024wish I went to Fu Xiao Xian at Bugis Junction and tried some dishes. Most of them looked spicy, but you could get some that weren't too spicy. They had options like beef, fish, chicken, and pork. The Gourd Chicken looked really nice in its unique food presentation, it’s with crispy chicken skin and thin batter. It tasted even better with the Sze Chuan chili spice. The Pork Intestine was also MUST TRY – well-marinated and yummy with a mix of veggies. It's great for people who like savory flavors, and the intestines had a nice texture. Fu Xiao Xian is a good place for both spicy and not-so-spicy China Sze chuan food dishes.
