After taking a high-speed train from Seoul for 2 and a half hours, we arrived at Busan’s hidden restaurant Tonshou (とん匠). The fatigue from the trip disappeared with a bite of the Tonkatsu that melted in my mouth. 🚅 DAY 1 – Departure for Tonshou 📍 KTX Seoul Station → Busan Station (approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes) Take the morning train and arrive at Busan! Tonshou is located in a quiet alley a little away from Seomyeon, about 15 minutes by taxi from Busan Station. 🍽️ Lunch at Tonshou immediately after arrival 📍 Tonshou (とん匠) A specialty restaurant that shows the essence of authentic Japanese Tonkatsu. Both sirloin and tenderloin are soft and crispy on the outside! I can't help but admire the taste of the carefully controlled temperature of the meat aging and frying. The atmosphere of the restaurant was calm and clean in a Japanese style, making it an even more special meal time. ✔️ Recommended menu: Ansimkatsu set, special sirloin katsu, hirekatsu ✔️ Operating hours: 11:30 ~ 20:00 (Break time 15:00~17:00, closed on Mondays) ✔️ Waiting tip: Expect to wait more than 30 minutes on weekends!
