Vibrant food scene in Cambodia

A Taste of Cambodia 🇰🇭🍽️ Trying Cambodian food has been one of the highlights of this trip. I started with the traditional Fish Amok — a creamy, coconut-based curry steamed in banana leaves. Smooth, flavorful, and uniquely Khmer. Then came Beef Lok Lak — a stir-fried beef dish with a delicious mix of Western and local influences. Served with rice, fresh veggies, and that classic Kampot pepper-lime dip… simple but packed with flavor. It’s been amazing exploring both traditional tastes and fusion dishes that show how Cambodian cuisine is evolving.
