Just standing in front of it makes you feel like you’re about to ride off on a noble quest or something. Inside? Even better. The rooms are decked out in all that classic royal glam, armors, tapestries, fancy ceilings that make you look up every five seconds. And don’t skip the tower climb, it’s a bit of a workout (hello, spiral stairs), but totally worth it for that panoramic view of Segovia and the aqueduct snaking through the city.
