Handcrafted Pizza Perfection

Previously, I visited their branch in North Point and couldn't stop thinking about their handmade pasta 😋. This time, I went to their flagship store in Central 🤗. Unfortunately, it was raining, or I would have definitely chosen to sit outdoors to enjoy the view of Tai Kwun's architecture while savoring pizza 🤣. The interior decor exudes a classic charm, and the murals are worth admiring 🤭. I ordered a Lunch Set ❤️, which included an appetizer salad, soup, main course, dessert, and a drink 👍. It was a very generous offering 😚. The presentation was meticulous and visually appealing, making the food both a feast for the eyes and the palate 😋. For the main course, I chose the Gamberi Pizza ❤️. The freshly baked thin crust was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside 😋. Topped with flavorful Italian buffalo mozzarella, handmade tomato sauce, burrata cheese, and succulent shrimp pieces, it was a perfect balance of rich and fresh flavors 👍. Absolutely delightful 😋. For dessert, I upgraded to their Mini Tiramisu 😉. The portion was just right ☺️. The ratio of ladyfingers to cream was well-balanced, making it neither too heavy nor overly sweet.
