Český Krumlov, Czech Republic: My Summer Wanderings & Photo Hotspots! ☀️🏰

#summervacay This is a belated photo dump from my summertime trip to the charming town of CK (Český Krumlov) last month. Summer truly is a fantastic season to visit the European countryside, with lush greenery and vibrant skies – it was absolutely beautiful! My Favorite Photo Hotspots: Panoramic Shot Before Entering Town: Even before officially entering the town, I managed to capture a stunning panoramic shot of the beautiful town, which was truly breathtaking. Must-Visit Viewpoint by the Main Road: Along the main road leading into town, there's an unmissable viewpoint. While the flowering trees might not be in full bloom like spring, the lush green foliage was just as appealing and made for a perfect photo backdrop under the summer sun. Preserved Medieval Charm: The entire town has wonderfully maintained its medieval appearance. The central square is surrounded by numerous distinctive medieval buildings, making it feel like stepping back in time. Classic Castle Tower Shot Through Alleyways: By weaving through the narrow alleys, I found classic spots to frame the castle tower. Capturing it through the depth of the alleyways added a unique charm to the photos. Town Panorama from Castle Hill Cave: From an opening in the castle on the hilltop, you can get a full panoramic view of the town. The winding Vltava River and the layered river valley scenery were simply stunning and incredibly refreshing to see under the summer sky. Food Recommendation: Svejk Restaurant: I'd also like to recommend Svejk Restaurant in town. I found it to be much better than the Svejk in Prague, and their grilled ribs are definitely worth trying!
