Dark, Weird, and Kinda Awesome

#summervacay So I finally made it to Baan Dam Museum (aka the Black House), and wow, it’s like stepping into the wild mind of an artist who loves skulls, horns, and all things gothic. If you’re expecting a temple, surprise! This place is not that. It's part art museum, part dark fantasy world, and totally unforgettable. The main house is this huge black wooden structure that looks spooky in the coolest way. Inside? Animal bones, dark wood furniture, and designs that are kinda beautiful and creepy at the same time. Around the garden, there are a bunch of smaller buildings and installations, some look like huts, some like twisted shrines. It’s the work of Thai artist Thawan Duchanee, and it definitely makes you stop and think. Not everyone’s cup of tea, but if you’re into unique, offbeat stuff, you’ll love it. Super photogenic and honestly kinda mesmerizing. Chiang Rai’s Black House? Dark, strange, and seriously cool. Loved every weird minute.
