Gourmet Backyard

Gourmet Backyard is a delightful restaurant offering a variety of dishes such as noodles, red pork rice, and a selection of delicious dim sum. They also serve desserts and coffee. I recommend starting with the dim sum, as I’ve tried it and found it quite good. As for the other dishes, I haven’t had the chance to try them yet. The dim sum is freshly steamed, so it takes a bit of time. My favorites include the shrimp spring rolls, which are perfectly fried, the red pork rice noodle rolls, and the har gow, which are decent. The restaurant itself is a charming little spot located in a garden within the Panya Resort village. It’s a bit tricky to find, so you’ll need to know about it and plan your visit. You’ll have to pass through the security checkpoint and exchange your ID for a pass. In terms of service, it’s satisfactory, though I’ve only been there once, and it wasn’t very crowded. I recommend giving it a try—the dim sum is delicious!
