The "Healing with Nature, Living with Love" Parent-Child Therapy Event Concludes Successfully!

This summer, at Chongqing Meliá Hotel in collaboration with KnowYourself, we embarked on a unique parent-child healing journey amidst the beauty of nature: 🌳 Building a Tree of Life – Parents and children worked together to create a family tree that represents their unique bond. 🧘‍♂️ Growing Like a Tree (Mindfulness Meditation) – Sitting quietly with eyes closed, participants felt the resonance between their body, mind, and nature. 👣 Blindfold Walk – Guided by parents, children learned to trust and rediscover the sense of reliance and protection. 🗣 Sharing from the Heart – Families gathered on the lawn to open up, exchanging heartfelt parenting stories.
