When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff warmly welcomed us and the check-in process was efficient and fast. The staff also introduced us to the hotel's facilities and services in detail, and told us about some nearby tourist attractions and food recommendations, which gave us a clearer plan for the next trip. The room is warm and comfortable, with a simple yet stylish decor. The bed is soft and comfortable, with high-quality bedding that gave me a good night's sleep. The room is clean and well-equipped, with everything working properly, such as air conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi, etc., which met all my needs during my stay. The front desk staff always maintained a warm and friendly attitude, whether it was checking in, checking out, or answering questions, they were able to provide timely and patient answers and help. They also took the initiative to ask guests about their stay experience, and carefully recorded and expressed their willingness to improve the suggestions and opinions put forward by guests.
