Raksa Warin Public Park Hot Springs, Ranong

Raksa Warin Public Park Hot Springs, Ranong Province is a naturally occurring hot spring with 3 ponds: Father Pond, Mother Pond and Child Pond. All 3 ponds have a temperature of approximately 65 degrees Celsius. This hot spring has been analyzed by the Department of Science Service that it contains important minerals and is the only source in Thailand that does not contain any sulfur. Therefore, there is no smell of sulfur and it is pure. It can be drunk from the source without any filtration. This is something that only a few places in the world have. In addition, it is considered pure water, so it is one of the sources that went through the Buddhist consecration ceremony to make holy water for use as holy water in the royal ceremony celebrating His Majesty the King's 5th cycle birthday anniversary. Inside the hot spring area, there is a mineral bath service to treat health, relax and relieve fatigue with mineral water treatment, including free foot soaks. In addition, near the hot spring, there is a public park called "Raksa Warin" with pavilions and hot baths available. Currently, this hot spring source is the most important source in Ranong Province because it is close to the community and has high potential to be developed into a famous tourist attraction in the province.
